SHIFT PERFORMANCE COACH

We are located in Pennington, AL and seeking Shift Performance Coaches in the following areas of our facility:
Responsibilities Include:
o Plan and direct work for all hourly production employees on shift; Coach employees so they can resolve issues; hold employees accountable in a fair and consistent manner; and communicate issues and results on a daily basis.
o Ensure safety compliance, manufacturing excellence, and customer focus on shift. Areas of focus include safety, quality, reliability, training, production, cost, and housekeeping.
o Assist employees to identify and correct unsafe conditions and acts. Recognize positive safety performance as well as individual and team contributions to a safer workplace.
o Lead employees to achieve maximum asset capabilities for speed, uptime, and reliability through operational and shift maintenance initiatives.
o Appraise performance and provide meaningful feedback to employees on an on-going basis.
o Support and facilitate the development of individual RREs of employees.
o Build capability, improve performance, and resolve skill gaps of hourly workforce.
o Be a positive change agent for developing an MBM-based culture.
o Serve as on-shift communications support, including communicating business strategy to employees to ensure their understanding of the mill's competitive position.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who can create alignment to what is important; establish the desired culture; guide, motivate and inspire the team for growth, expansion and change.

Ability to learn and utilize various computer system programs such as Indus, MOC, PTM, PI, etc.
Basic
Qualifications:
o High school diploma or equivalent required.
o Proficient use of Microsoft Office Software- Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
o A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience leading a large group of employees,
or, 5
years military leadership experience supervising people.
o Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays
Preferred
Qualifications:
o College degree
o Experience in high speed equipment in a manufacturing environment
o Knowledge and work experience in a pulp and paper industry
o Work experience in a union environment
o Familiarity or understanding of process and environmental compliance programs

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
